They sent me pictures of the cats while I was away, which was a great touch, because I was really missing my kitties! I also found the prices reasonable, and the intake process was very thorough. I trust that they are genuinely concerned for the well-being of my cats; they asked me to text when I got back home – no matter the hour – so they could confirm that my flight hadn’t been delayed, just in case they needed to add an extra feeding on.”

Sometimes I’m gone for weeks at a time and I always know that my little nuggets are in good hands. They feed them, clean out the litter box and change the litter when necessary, play with them, send me daily texts and the occasional picture, take in my mail and water the plants. They also feed a few neighborhood outdoor cats that I take care of. Best of all, when I get home, my furballs are happy!”

“I cannot recommend Ann and Boni highly enough. We have an extremely shy elderly dog who requires extra care and attention. Nico does not warm up to many people, especially men, but Boni quickly established an excellent Bond. Nico gets excited when we see him biking around the neighborhood. We use Small World for both dog walks and pet sitting when we go away and cannot bring the dog with us. We never worry when Nico is in Ann and Boni’s care. They always check for any medication or care updates and Nico’s care changes often, but they are on top of all details. I also really appreciate the text message updates so I know everything is going well.”

“I cannot recommend this service more highly. Ann and Boni take thoughtful, individualized care of every pet they work with, they are safety-conscious, considerate of people’s homes and schedules and also are just all-around lovely, trustworthy people. AND our dogs love them madly. Doesn’t get any better. One very busy week this fall I had forgotten to schedule a walk on an afternoon that we usually didn’t have one. We were in Manhattan and our dogs were going to be 14+ hrs without a walk. I texted Ann, knowing full well that I didn’t even deserve a response, but she and Boni pushed back their dinner plans to walk our critters. They have also saved our bacon many times during snowstorms when my daughter was a baby and I couldn’t leave the house with a stroller to walk the dogs, and my husband was stuck out of town and unable to get home. Ann and Boni always go above and beyond, with grace and good humor. If you live in their area, you would be fortunate to have them walk your dog!”
